Our purchasing staff has more than 100 years of experience. We have established excellent relationships with quality suppliers throughout the fish, seafood, and meat worlds. These relationships enable us to secure the highest quality and largest varieties available in the marketplace. In addition, we are continuously looking at new suppliers and items to ensure that we offer our customers the best available products in the marketplace.
SUPPLIERS
We carry a vast variety of fresh fish and seafood from both coasts, as well as from Chile, Europe, and the entire Great Lakes region. Some of our meat suppliers include Creekstone Farms, Provimi, Excell, and Wolverine Packing. We also have many local specialty producers such as Dearborn Sausage, Alexander Hornung, Detroit Sausage, and UMD Corned Beef. We are also the exclusive Michigan-based supplier of the Kabobs appetizers. These suppliers allow us to offer a full line of fresh and frozen fish and seafood, as well as beef, pork, lamb, veal, poultry, deli meats, wild game, specialty foods,
