THE ADVANTAGE OF THIS IS THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ANISAKIS ROUND WORMS THAT CAN BE FOUND IN WILD SALMON. THE MEAT IS NOT AS FATTY AS WILD SALMON BUT IT IS VERY MARBLED WHEN RAW.
